Your size charts say that your pants all include an additional 5cm/2inches or 6cm/2.5inches. Is this factored into the total length or is it added as extra?

This measurement is added on as an extra to the pants to allow for knee flex whilst bending, climbing etc. Our ground based pants have the 5cm/2inches added and our climbing pants have 6cm/2.5inches added.
