Whether you can ship to a PO Box depends on your location and the shipping carriers we use.
For Australia & New Zealand, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. This includes GPO Boxes, RMB (Roadside Mail Boxes), Locked Bags, Parcel Collect, or Australia Post Parcel Lockers. This is because our shipping partners DHL Express Australia and NZ Couriers require a full physical address.
For United States & Canada, you can use a PO Box as your shipping address. We ship to these regions using DHL Express USA, which allows delivery to PO Boxes.
