Our pants are all tested at the certified laboratory according to the accepted test method and have passed testing. The test method doesn't replicate every possible accident situation, nor does it utilize every brand of chainsaw, with every different size of saw available. Any garment that passes the standard using that test method is not guaranteed to prevent an injury due to there being so many different accident situations; however, it is likely that the garment will greatly reduce any injury that may occur. As an assurance, we have had very few cases reported to us of cut-through, and in every single case that we have heard about, the garment has prevented a horrific injury.
