  • Can I change my order?

    You can make changes to your order, but please do not wait too long before doing so because the order may have already been processed and dispatched. To request a change to your order, please email orders@clogger.co.nz and explain what you would like to change.
  • I have a coupon code. Where do I enter it?

    Enter the coupon code at the checkout by clicking the Coupon/Gift Certificate link on the bottom right of the page above the total, (see here) and then click apply.
  • I haven't received my first order discount code?

    If you haven't received your first order discount code then have a look in your spam or junk email folder as it may be hiding in there. Otherwise, you may have already signed up for it or used it previously in which case you will not be emailed the code.
  • I've ordered something, why haven't I received a confirmation email?

    Please check your junk/spam folder as it may be hiding in there. If you have unsubscribed from our emails then you may not receive an email. Please contact us so we can resend the email to you.
  • The payment section won't load at checkout. What do I do?

    First, check your browser. We recommend Google Chrome. If you have an up-to-date browser like Chrome, Firebox or Safari, try a hard refresh.   • What is your warranty?

    All Clogger products come with a lifetime warranty. We will replace or repair any garment with a defect caused by faulty material or workmanship free of charge. We will assess claims to determine if the issue is covered by warranty or is considered normal wear and tear. Please note, seconds and ...
  • Where is my order?

    Your order may be en route or has not have left our warehouse yet.  Also, note that some products are made to order with a lead time of two weeks. Please see the relevant product page for a lead time estimate or email orders@clogger.co.nz with your name and purchase order number.
